BARBARA SPECK of enormous talent in design has kindly joined us as a
SPECIAL GUEST DESIGNER. She will be selling special kits and other digi scrapping products in our shop from time-to-time. We are so lucky to have this talented lady and we look forward to a long wonderful relationship with her!
While on the subject or designers, we have another exciting announcement to make. We are having a
NON-CREATIVE TEAM CREATIVE TEAM CALL. We have totally revamped our idea of a creative team as we have been reading that creative teams are becoming a negative in our digi scrapping community. This is so sad. So, instead of a creative team, we are putting together
The Rainbow Collaborate. This collaborate will consist of the following titles:
Welcoming Committee Members,
Guest Designers,
Premier Designers and
Rainbow Testers,
Mimi and
Softa.
You do not have to be experienced to apply for any of these positions, but you do have to be proficient in either Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Adobe C2 or C3, or Paintshop Pro. To apply, send 2 samples of your work along with your email addy and a note explaining which position(s) you would like to be considered for and a summary of any experience you may have.
Experience is not what will get you the position(s) nor lack thereof preclude you from getting the position(s). We are looking for creativity and talent. We are looking for friendliness, commitment, reliability, and enthusiasm. Also, please include a description of you (not your physical traits!). We are offering what we think are
great incentives in exchange for your creations, work, etc. Send to

Ok now, here are the position descriptions:
GUEST DESIGNERS: Must design 1 kit every 3 months, for a minimum of 3 kits. If they say choose they may change their designation to Premier Designer at any time after they submit their first kit for sale. They must also submit 1 freebie on our blog once every 3 months. The freebie can be as big or small as they wish. All designs must be done in 12x12, 4x6, or 8x8 inches at 300 pixel resolution, unless a different size is required for special products, i.e. frames, brushes, etc. For more information, send inquiry to mimiandsofta@gmail.com. No experience necessary.
No age restrictions. Must send 2 samples of your work to
mimiandsofta@gmail.com. SUBJECT: GUEST DESIGNER

SUBJECT: RAINBOW TESTERRAINBOW WELCOMING COMMITTEE MEMBER: ANYONE can become a member of our welcoming committee if you love to chat, love digiscrapping and have lots of time to devote. Minimum of 30 mins. a day, 5 days a week requested for members of the committee. Members of this committee may host challenges and chats, if they so desire.
